My husband and I where truck shopping and stopped in Phil Long Truck World as our last stop of the day. We had been to 7 different dealerships and looked at probably 13 or 14 trucks. These guys were great. K Long Truck World as our last stop of the day. We had been to 7 different dealerships and looked at probably 13 or 14 trucks. These guys were great. Kwanya was our salesman. He was super nice and definitely put the extra effort into finding us what we needed. He's new and still learning(he told us this) so he enlisted his manager Fernando to help as well. Fernando was very knowledgeable and talked with us in detail about our specific needs. (We had a very specific list) He ended up helping us find a truck that met all of our specifics and saved us between 10 to 15 THOUSAND. Literally the finished price with the extended warranty, that Adrian(the finance manager) hooked us up with, taxes, everything, was the the same or less than the asking price of every other truck we looked at. And this one works the absolute best for us. They were the ONLY ones out of all the sales persons and dealerships that actually cared to find us what really worked best for us. So in short, while they were our last stop, they were the only stop we needed to make. They definitely made returning and referring customers out of us. Super Kudos guys, y'all did a great job! Really went out of their way to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase and they made sure I felt like this was the proper fit for me and my family. I wish all businesses were like this.
