Contacted the dealership about a 2024 Lexus NX and asked for an out the door price to confirm what they had on line. The fees suddenly DOUBLED and was told that was because I was paying cash?? so I agreed t for an out the door price to confirm what they had on line. The fees suddenly DOUBLED and was told that was because I was paying cash?? so I agreed to finance part of the purchase and we settled on a price via text. The next morning I was told they could not honor the quoted price. Fernando should not provide a price that management will not honor, but who knows what game they are playing, all I know is I wasted my time. Recently bought a vehicle at this dealership, and to be honest there was a small miscommunication about the final details of the purchase that I did not realize until weeks later. After voicing my concern the dealership was willing to work with us to bring the issue to a satisfactory resolution. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction.
