Beyond incompetent. Bought a car and a platinum warranty. My horn died, brought it in for warranty work. Called ahead to get a loner. Denied it despite promising they were always ready if i needed them for warranty work. Asked them to pick a day that wont be busy and I can wait instead. They picked 2pm on a friday. Get there- wait over an hour. Service woman was basically excited to tell me my car wasn't under warranty and all the costs would be out of pocket. My car was pulled out and back in the lot before we spoke. I explained that before i even brought the car in- it had the platinum warranty. She didn't care. I had to go upstairs, find the dude in finance that sold it to me, bring him down to service and have him explain it was covered. She said oh, well.. your car is out in the lot and other people are in for service now. You have to wait. Its now 2+ hours. I was xxxxxx, because if they checked the warranty or listened to me- they would still have the car in the service bay. I had to go find a sales guy to advocate for me to get a loaner car. They finally gave me one and told me that none of this was their fault. The GM of the dealership called me that night, apologized and promised it would be fixed FIRST THING Monday. Monday rolls around 9, 10 ,11, 12, 1, 2pm... Not even touched. According to them, they are stil waiting to see if the warranty is approved- despite knowing IT IS FROM YOUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT. I need a $20 part replaced under a $3500 extended warranty. Why is this so insanely difficult. If anyone did their job like they were supposed to, Id have my car. instead I have a $3500 warranty no one can honor, i have a car in a kia dealer lot and a stupid PIECE OF CRAP kia sportage loaner car. I hate you kia. I fully understand why people now say kias are good cars, but their dealers ruin them. More

Fernando was an amazing service advisor, he kept me updated on everything the technician was doing to my car. He gave me a list of recommendations and went over the it and told me the ones that took pr updated on everything the technician was doing to my car. He gave me a list of recommendations and went over the it and told me the ones that took priority first. He was not pushy and let me make the decision. He valued my time and provided me with a loaner car when I told him I needed to head to work. He walked me out to get loaner car as well. When I arrived back the next day for my car he was welcoming and went over what was fixed. He walked me out to my car. He was understanding and I can’t say enough about him!! More

Fernando was great! I came in for a routine maintenance but had an issue with my car that has been happening for over eight months. I had originally went to a different I came in for a routine maintenance but had an issue with my car that has been happening for over eight months. I had originally went to a different dealership for service, and they were not able to identify the issue. But Fernando took his time and documented everything that I told him, and after spending a couple of hours there, they were able to identify the problem, and got it corrected. Fernando and the rest of the staff are always friendly and the service. It's top notch! More

Bought my Kia Telluride at another dealership but I’m so happy I found Bridgewater Kia. They have never ceased to provide me with great service. Fernando Santos was my Service Advisor on my most recent vis happy I found Bridgewater Kia. They have never ceased to provide me with great service. Fernando Santos was my Service Advisor on my most recent visit and he was outstanding! I was there because a piece of trim was popping off. Upon arrival, Fernando checked out my vehicle and found three other pieces that were potential issues and he had all four of them replaced at no cost. He also took the time to clean off the adhesive I’d accidentally left on the vehicle because I’d stupidly used duct tape on the vehicle. Most people would have merely told me how to remove it but Fernando took the extra time to do it for me and he smiled while he did! Definitely recommend Bridgewater Kia and Fernando Santos. More
