So Alex Castillo that works for Sandra gave me a quote of $329.70 for a lease last Wednesday I went to pick up the car. He said there’s a problem it’s gonna be another $20.. really xxxxxx me off so the finan $329.70 for a lease last Wednesday I went to pick up the car. He said there’s a problem it’s gonna be another $20.. really xxxxxx me off so the finance guy got it down another eight which left me with 12 I should’ve just walked out but I didn’t wanna go through the whole xxxx thing over and over again. Alice was not honest with me and he kept saying things like well there was nothing I could do about it. It was a new month and he didn’t save the deal. He gave me then he made another excuse that he didn’t have the VIN number and the finance guy told me that was all xx so I think you guys owe me $144 times three which comes to $432 for the rest of my lease. That would be the good thing to do that would be the small thing to do if you wanna keep me as a customer and not tell hundreds of people what you guys did to me Alex needs to be reprimanded and you need to find out what the xxxx really happened there. The dealer sold me a car with the tire plugged in an illegal area which was dangerous. I became aware as the tire light repeatedly came on. I went to the tire shop and the advised me to take the car bac illegal area which was dangerous. I became aware as the tire light repeatedly came on. I went to the tire shop and the advised me to take the car back to the dealer and don’t drive over 70mph as the tire could explode what makes this bad is I drove to Panama City on the the plugged tire which was very dangerous. I would never buy from them again. More
