Richard was a great help. I purchased a Toyota Camry in 2011, the car was great so I bought a 2019 from a dealer that was closer to home. I went to look at 2020 Camry's just to look, I didn't need a new ca 2011, the car was great so I bought a 2019 from a dealer that was closer to home. I went to look at 2020 Camry's just to look, I didn't need a new car however, when I got there Richard was informative, professional, and everything I said I would consider, he produced. The process was very organized and although I wasn't looking to buy a new car, I ended up leaving with a 2020 SE Camry (the car I really wanted from the beginning). I was extremely happy. I didn't feel like I was being sold. It was a great experience. More

Yesterday my husband and I, after searching through dozens of dealers, were lucky enough to go to the Toyota dealership in Hollywood, Fl 1841 N ST 7. We are so satisfied with the deal that we were both surprised and highly impressed. From the first phone call for a first survey, the attitude was positive and collaborative, very sensitive to us as potential clients, understanding that the budget to buy a car is sometimes limited, but they will make a huge effort to get closer to our possibilities. Mr. Camilo Alfonso attended us by phone very collaborative, it is important to explain that we know how to differentiate between the sales or marketing skills that every seller applies and the true intention to sell, helping, understanding, and this has been the case. During our visit, we were attended by Mr. Edwin Rosado, a wonderful guy, so fantastic, with an incredible desire to collaborate, a positive person who does not need to talk too much, he is practical, friendly, fast, super reliable and wonderful. We were also attended by a cool financier, a boy named José Hernández that anyone would like to have as a friend and finally Mr. Alejandro received us for the insurance process, who is at the same level as his colleagues.
