Finance manager became visibly upset and rude when I said I would not finance with Toyota. He kicked us out of his office, wasn't able to tell me if the open recall on my vehicle (brake hoses) were fixed, an I would not finance with Toyota. Very bad company , tried to cheat me with values, since from the beggining, from the internet offer value , till the market value of my used mercedez , i sold to car max for more than double After this th from the beggining, from the internet offer value , till the market value of my used mercedez , i sold to car max for more than double After this the bad history continued, i went 3 times to pick upthe car and not released because paument was made by my company and not my personal name , even that i said and checked with the sales person Edgar about it! After all problemas , i had to take a cashier check in toyota of hollywodd name, and the reaponsible for the financery was still in doubt , this is an absurd!!!! To finalize , when i got the car and toyota sienna 2025 , 5,000miles , there was no reserve second keys , and the sales person told me is normal , that i have to buy in gray market , i think this is not fair play , i asked him that company has the obligation to give the second keys, he told will check and never replied!!! At the end when i arrive home there was a schatch in the back of the car , nothing serious , but, i imediate notes to the sales person , that told me the car is as it is, i know the rules, i am a laweyr in brazil, and i believe that at least problems need to be showed and not hidden, than he told be to bring the car back to make the touc( i am still pending to bring) he told me he didnot know, i asked why if the car staeyd for so long peolple did not made the touch before Finally i want to say that for all that i went thu in tue experience that this company is not reliable!!!! I will never even step in this place anymore!! Only thing i do need to tell , that the sales person was replies imediately , when i call him, bit always with no solution!! But yes he replies!!
