Try to get in contact with them many times. Ask questions. Nobody picks up the phone. Got hung up on between five and six times at one point. Trying to get through to somebody. Tuve un inconveniente al asignarme el carro una persona llamada Ariel o eso creo me abordó de una forma muy grosera haciendo un cuestionamiento de si había hecho una prueba de manejo a lo que respondí que llamada Ariel o eso creo me abordó de una forma muy grosera haciendo un cuestionamiento de si había hecho una prueba de manejo a lo que respondí que si efectivamente probé la camioneta a lo cual por su actitud me insinuó que yo estaba mintiendo, ya había terminado de firmar los papeles por una rav4 a lo cual la estaban vendiendo en él en ese mismo momento a otro cliente cuento corto me quedé sin mi carro y sin la camioneta nueva, me dieron un carro de renta mientras llega una nueva camioneta, la atención de la señora Jaimar y el Sr Darwin fueron excelentes, pero la sensación que me quedó no fue la más cómoda siendo que ya esté es el tercer carro que compró con ustedes, no estoy seguro de que vuelva a comprar con ustedes… More
