Salesperson Jawad lied about Toyoguard package, which led me to buy it and $2,300 in dealer add-ons for my 2026 Camry LE. I later found I had significantly overpaid compared to nearby dealers. They charge $899 dealer fee, $599 e-filing, and $2,000 used car reconditioning fee. The finance manager Samy Saad was rude when I raised concerns. Not recommended for honest or transparent pricing. Don't fall for their fake reviews. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership. More

This is my 3-month update. ..I have left awesome reviews for this dealership since I purchased this truck but after I received a letter in the mail that my payments have changed ..I have left awesome reviews for this dealership since I purchased this truck but after I received a letter in the mail that my payments have changed due to dealer showing that I paid $6k for this truck...the agreement was $40k out the door plus taxes and tags (which I had my own) when I reviewed my paperwork it shows that they charged me all extra fees totaling to over 50K I gave them $10k cash so the financing should have been $30K plus taxes and title I should have paid attention when I was in the finance office signing the 50 plus pages that no one reads (especially after sitting there for 3 hours) my bad for trusting people just wanted to post this so other buyers are aware and should go over everything that they ask you to sign and TRUST NO ONE More
