Love my new "used" Mercedes! Finn Misa made the car buying experience a positive one! He was very patient with me as I am very picky. He maintained a smile the entire time while trying to find the right car for me. After a couple of hours of working with Finn his next appointment arrived. He introduced us to James Hodges who was very nice and went out of his way to find a car we saw online. All the cars I test drove at the dealership were in perfect condition. Everyone was very friendly and and the dealership was clean with snacks and drinks. After the purchase of the vehicle it was closing time and they took the time to have someone sit in my car with me to explain all the bells and whistles which was very helpful!. the reason for the 4 stars is related to the finance department and detailing, The manager , Joe Nabors, was told about it without knowing and he came to apologize to me personally.He went out of his way to make it right. More

Then it was onto Eric, the finance manager, whom we worked with on our last car, and again, nothing short of professional. Lastly, Conner gave my wife the complete tour and operations of the vehicle in detail before we left. Overall, a terrific experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes, this is the place to go. More
