Firas is always friendly helpful and a delight to deal with. Over the years we have purchased a used Expedition and new Ecosport at North Brothers Ford. The experience was terrible and we will never go back there. All of our future purchases will be at Serra/Tom Hozler Ford with Firas. More

At first I was very happy with the salesperson and car. After telling a friend that I wished there was a type of insurance for scratches for a leased vehicle, he told me to get a Damage Waiver. When we c After telling a friend that I wished there was a type of insurance for scratches for a leased vehicle, he told me to get a Damage Waiver. When we called the salesperson, he said we had to purchase that at the time we got the car in March. Too late now. How could we get it if he never told us about it? This seems wrong and very unfair. What kind of customer service is this? I am truly upset. I think this should be rectified. More
