I had a great time buying my 2021 Subaru Forester Sport in early November. I test drove 2 vehicles to see which model I liked better. Flo, my car salesman, was knowledgeable, patient, fun, and buying a car in early November. I test drove 2 vehicles to see which model I liked better. I was so worried I wasn't going to be approved but he helped calm my nerves and when he came back saying I was approved, I was just so grateful. He even threw in a surprise package for me! Flo really was great to work with. Finance was great and I was able to get tires and a lift package thrown into my loan. So a week later I brought the Forester in to the service dept. I worked with Kira F. To get my car serviced. She knew her stuff and was very friendly. Customer service was great all around at the service center. One of the guys even helped me load a set of tires into the truck. Can't thank everyone enough for such a great car buying experience! From making my appointment, to picking out my car, to financing my car, it was all just so smooth and easy. Subaru gained a lifelong customer and I am quick to recommend to my friends. We chose the Subaru brand and in particular the Outback Limited XT. The Wilsonville dealership was a referral. And, we chose Flo (Florencio Pineda ) for our Guest Advocate from the web site. We walked in and introduced ourselves to Flo and looked over the indoor inventory. Flo is very professional and knowledgable and listened to what was important to us. He located a red 2020 XT within two days and the deal was completed. From start to finished we were treated with respect and appreciated the upfront NO BULL price. Our experience was exceptional. The Subaru logo contains six stars, and we would rate the brand higher at 7 stars. Ron Owens and the ownership group deserve 8 stars, and Flo truly merits 9 stars!!! More
