One of the worst experiences in purchasing anything, ever. First, they put the VIN # incorrect and did the entire process for the wrong car. We found that out after I got a ticket for no insurance when I had it, but on the wrong VIN #. Secondly, 3 of 4 tires blew within 2 weeks. They never provided the tire key, jack or lugwrench. Now the forth tire blew, and the tire key and lugwrench they finally provided after I had to purchase 3 new tires from them, well they are the wrong size. Now, I call them and they say nothing they can do, I'll have to buy a new lugwrench and tire key. One of the worst group of people I've ever dealt with. The level of apathy borders on theft almost. More

This time around I didn't get exactly what I wanted however I didn't loose anything either, I upgraded from my 2016 to my now 2020 with a few more perks and incentives.
