Very comfortable buying experience. I’ve recently purchased my third pickup from Skyline and worked with Francisco Arias each time. It was a positive experience each time because I found Francisco to be a great listener in identifying exactly what I wanted. He worked hard at locating the vehicle I was looking for and kept in touch along the way. I feel he was also honest in getting me the best possible price. More

Stellar Experience! I had a fast track need when I took a new position that changed my one car family into a need for two. 2nd Vehicle this year from Skyline Ford. They did the upfront work to find the car I wanted, Had three version ready for test drive when I arrived. I made my choice quickly and they were just a fast with taking card of my lease and getting me on my way in record time. Another excellent experience! High recommend! More

No pressure sales We took our 2005 F350 in for repairs. While there, we test drove a used 2012 F350. The next day we went back and test drove a new 2017 F350. Franci We took our 2005 F350 in for repairs. While there, we test drove a used 2012 F350. The next day we went back and test drove a new 2017 F350. Francisco was patient with us as we asked to take both vehicles out to the freeway (as much of my driving is on the freeway). He did not rush us, or try to turn us to another salesman; he just answered our questions and gave us information on the vehicles. After the second test drive, we bought the new F350. We couldn't be happier with it and would absolutely recommend Francisco "Franny" for anyone looking for a new Ford, or something on their used lot. He can even sell you a new Acura or Mercedes, from their lots across the street. More

I have purchased two new vehicles from them within the past 18 months, both From Sales Representative Francisco Arias. After buying the first vehicle from him I knew I wanted to buy the second from him too. I was not disappointed. He takes the time to go over the vehicle with you, even when you come back two weeks later, and he is not high pressure. I definitely recommend Francisco!! More

Most frustrating car buying experience of my life Heads up, this is lengthy , but I feel reveals the true nature of this dealership: My wife and I bought a car from this dealership. Let me first say Heads up, this is lengthy , but I feel reveals the true nature of this dealership: My wife and I bought a car from this dealership. Let me first say that we had no issues with the actual salesman, decent guy and he did his job well. When we first test drove our 2014 Ford Fusion, the alignment was very much out and the car pulled to the right. I told them we wouldn't accept the vehicle until the alignment issue was fixed. They eagerly agreed that they would fix it. The next day we came in to take ownership of the car after another test drive. The alignment was still off and now pulled to the left. I had them take it back into the shop and fix it once again (do these not test drive vehicles themselves??). When we came back in to drive it for a 3rd time, the car finally drove straight, but the something still felt "off" above the steering. I said as much to the service manager and that if the issue cropped back up in the coming weeks if they were going to stand by their work. He stated that they are a "reputable dealer" and will of course fix the issue. Fast forward 3 weeks later...the car does indeed drive straight, but only for a bit. The steering is very erratic and tends to drift one way or the other for no reason, on the highway its a constant battle to compensate for the drift, not a relaxing driving experience. We brought the car back in and explained the situation, they said they would look at it immediately. A full day goes by and we didn't hear from the service department, zero communication. We both went in to ask about the car and they said they had ntest driven it and found no issue, so they hadnt done any work to it. I take the Service manager out in the car and show him exactly what the issue is, I feel that he understands what is going on. At this point they put us into a rental car, another Fusion. This car drives perfect! Now I'm convinced there is an issue with the steering/alignment on the car we purchased. A week goes by with no communication from service, finally we receive a call that says they still haven't found anything wrong with it, but have found a comparable car for us to come test drive to see if its an actual issue or just "normal operation" for that car. I make an appointment with service for that coming Sunday. When we arrive, the service department is closed, Francisco, the gentleman who sold us the car said he had heard we were coming in, but that he no other information. There is no other car for us to drive and he does not have access to our vehicle. Great. At this point, after hearing us discuss just making the dealership take the car back, he has us test driving new cars, cars that cost twice as much. This is just too much for both of us, so we leave. 2 weeks goes by, still nothing from service. Finally we get a call from the service department, they say our car has been ready and everything is fixed. I asked the service guy to go over everything they had done to the vehicle. He lists all the things they had done. When he was finished I asked what had been done since the last time we brought it in, 3 weeks ago. He admitted that they had done nothing in those three weeks. At this point I request that we set up a time to come talk to the General Manager to figure this whole situation out. Fast forward another 3 hours and the GM is calling me. This is not a friendly conversation. The GM is very rude and demands that we return the rental car immediately. As both my wife and I work long hours I explain to him that it will be very difficult to get that done until the following Monday. He starts telling me that service has been calling and we have not returned any phone calls, that our car is fixed and ready and that if I do not return the rental he will be forced to call the police to retrieve it. So basically, in one phone call, I was called a liar and threatened with the authorities over a rental car I never wanted in the first place, this phone call ended as badly as it started, with them dropping off our vehicle and them picking up the rental next morning. I drove our car to work the next day, and...same steering issue! I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again and urge anyone who reads this to reconsider buying their vehicle there as well. More

Awesome! Francisco was a great guy - he helped with everything we needed and went out of his way in doing so. It was an evening worth it all!
