Francisco was absolutely AMAZING! I came in looking to purchase my first used car from a dealership. Francisco saw my mom and I walking up to the door and he warmly greeted us and ope I came in looking to purchase my first used car from a dealership. Francisco saw my mom and I walking up to the door and he warmly greeted us and opened the door saying: ‘Welcome to Easterns!’ I came in without a clue about the process and Frank was super informative, patient, and helpful! It’s true, he will answer all of your questions and will make sure you do not leave without all of your questions answered. Francisco was very friendly and will naturally make you feel at ease. He is very straightforward and gladly makes sure that you know exactly what you are getting into. All the way down to the nitty gritty of the all the number crunching. I am very impressed with Frank and the crew at the Easterns in Maryland City! Oh! I also have the fact that he patently and pleasantly spend about 8 hours helping us through the whole process. Frank and the crew even had the car I liked (the one I actually got from them) delivered from the Easterns in Hyattsville for FREE in order for me to test drive! More

Frank was very patient when questions were being asked. He was very educated about the cars I was looking at and made sure no information was left out. He also took the time to take me on a test drive and He was very educated about the cars I was looking at and made sure no information was left out.
