113 Mitsubishi is the absolute worst of the worst. NONE of my concerns were addressed. My salesman was extremely nice, but constantly talked over me. I felt absolutely bamboozled. Nothing was explaine NONE of my concerns were addressed. My salesman was extremely nice, but constantly talked over me. I felt absolutely bamboozled. Nothing was explained. They do a good job of confusing you so you forget certain things that you asked and didn't get any answers to. I left without any paperwork. No copy of the bill of sale. Nothing. Do not leave a cash deposit. We witnessed another couple getting treated very poorly when they changed their mind and wanted their cash deposit back. They were told a check will be sent and it will take a couple of days. It literally was a few minutes after they handed their money over. The customer got very upset and was getting loud. They ridiculed them right in front of other customers. I was finagled into an extended warranty. They never explained it or gave me level options to choose from which apparently after reviewing the details, I was supposed to have that option. I tried calling several times, and left several messages and never was put in touch or got a call back when trying to reach the finance guy. The last time i called, they told me to call back in a few days because it was the end if the month and everyone is calling, I told them I have never had such a terrible experience in my life and I am going to leave a bad review. Well I finally was put in touch with the person I was trying to contact for over a week. Also, their used car warranty is terrible. It's only for 30 days. Wouldn't you believe, there's several things wrong with the car that need to be adjusted already and its been a tiny bit over 30 days. Good thing I was finagled into an extended warranty ( they chose the most expensive one for me without my say) I will be taking it elsewhere to get fixed. I learned an expensive lesson. TERRIBLE! More

******UPDATE TO MY REVIEW. .....TODAY IS APRIL4TH...DEALER RATER JUST NOTIFIED ME AND TOLD ME THAT MITSUBISHI 112 SAID THEY RESOLVED OUR ISSUE....(LIARS... LIARS LIARS!!!!) NO S .....TODAY IS APRIL4TH...DEALER RATER JUST NOTIFIED ME AND TOLD ME THAT MITSUBISHI 112 SAID THEY RESOLVED OUR ISSUE....(LIARS... LIARS LIARS!!!!) NO SUCH RESOLUTION WAS MADE!!! DEALER RATER WAS VERY INTERESTED TO SEE HOW THEY REFUNDED ME MY DEPOSIT AND THEN TOOK IT RIGHT BACK...112 LIED TO DEALER RATER!!! WAY TO YES EVERYONE, THEY ILLEGALLY TOOK MY MONEY RIGHT BACK USING THE SAME CARD THEY GAVE IT BACK TO!! ""ILLEGALLY"" OBVIOUSLY ONCE DEPOSIT REFUDED / HAD NO RIGHT TO EVER TOUCH MY CARD AGAIN!!!!!! ONCE THEY REFUNDED DEPOSIT....PERMISSION TO USE CARD ENDS AT THAT POINT!!!!! SAME THING AS A SCAMMER USING IT!!! I SENT THE PROOF RIGHT FROM DISCOVER THEMSELVES.!!
