Francisco Garduno is the man !!!!! When we first started researching for our new car we visited many dealers and looked at different makes in search for our new family SUV. The first placed we went to was norm Reeves we were introduced to Francisco by one of his colleagues who took no time to greet us. I told Francisco that I was just looking at a few vehicles I was definitely not at all ready at the moment to sit down and talk. He still treated me with the same attention as if I was ready to negotiate. He gave me his card and wished us a safe drive. When we were ready to buy we tried dealers closer to home for that reason because they were closer!! After being treated very poorly in downtown Los Angeles. I remembered Francisco and made the drive. Long story short, not only did Francisco do everything he could to get us a car we needed, but something we wanted as well!!!!
