This dealership was clean and welcoming. I went on a couple of test drives. Jose was very knowledgeable and patient with me .Having never driven a Hybrid before I had alot of questions. Let me tell you. I have been leasing cars since I was 18-19 years old and in those 30 years, I’ve had many experiences with different dealerships and different level I have been leasing cars since I was 18-19 years old and in those 30 years, I’ve had many experiences with different dealerships and different levels of cars so for the first time ever I went on the hunt for the past eight weeks to get a vehicle for my daughter. I called multiple dealerships, I had a price point I wanted, but more than anything. I wanted my precious amazing daughter to be in a safe car that would protect her if God forbid anything happened and in the course of doing that I spoke to too many salesmen and about four or five days ago I came across a gentleman named Allen Nouri from internet sales he was a pleasure to deal with and was direct absolutely polite and understood why it was so important for me to put my baby girl in a safe car while maintaining a price point that I financially could be comfortable with. My impression of salesmen is usually I feel like they don’t care and they don’t really listen to what you want. Linda Ly and Albert Rosales gave the worst service I have ever had from a car dealership. I spoke with them, agreeing that I can see the vehicle but not test drive since it is not ready. I drove from south O ever had from a car dealership. I spoke with them, agreeing that I can see the vehicle but not test drive since it is not ready. I drove from south Orange County to Cerritos. When I arrived, Linda Ly came our after fifteen minutes to tell me that the vehicle was available to be seen. About 10 minutes after I left the dealership. Jose Sanchez called me to ask me why I didn't ask for him since he had keys. As I was explaining what just happened with Linda Ly, he hung up on me. This is one dealership I will never do business with ever in my life. More
