From sales to financing, the process was genuine, extremely informative, and diligent throughout. I wanted out of my existing lease through GM that still had 13 months remaining on it. Francisco helped me get out of my lease and into a new lease through D&M with much more favorable terms than going through a dealership. He searched and found the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I wanted from the color to the wheels and the options! I love it! In this crazy pandemic time that we are in with COVID, I did not want to and did not have to step foot in a dealership. I did everything online and via email with Francisco. Francisco delivered the new Jeep to my house and took my Cadillac XT5 and returned it to GM. We signed the finance papers through DocuSign, and it was a hassle-free process. Francisco is professional and excellent at what he does. I will lease my next vehicle through D&M with Francisco's help! More
