On Wednesday 2/17 I was on your website and noticed a used 2010 Ford F-150 for sale. Being I live an hour and fifteen minutes away I called to make sure it was still available. I was told vehicle was ava used 2010 Ford F-150 for sale. Being I live an hour and fifteen minutes away I called to make sure it was still available. I was told vehicle was available and to come down, I said I would be there at 5pm. Upon my arrival I was introduced to Elijah Campos, your car salesman, and we headed out to look for the vehicle. Elijah and I were told by your used car sales manager, Christopher Navarrete that the truck was no longer for sale as it had a broken sliding moonroof that would cost $5,000 to fix. Obviously I was not happy as I just drove an hour and fifteen minutes to come test drive the vehicle so Elijah and I walked away. Chris drove the truck by us and we spoke, I told him I didn't care about the moonroof as long as he can seal it up (watertight) I would still consider buying it. From there I was asked by Chris if I wanted a test drive, I said no at first but was told by Chris that the test drive was mandatory. I said, "great!" Elijah had to drive the truck as the tires it currently had were too worn down and for "safety reasons" Elijah would need to drive it. After the test drive we began to discuss options and purchasing the vehicle. I was told the truck would get new tires by Chris. Noticing the tires were 35" tires I asked Andres Moreno, Sales Manager, during our conversation if the tires were going to be changed out, "like for like." Andres stated, "yes the offroad kind." Long story short, I purchased the vehicle that night, came back on Friday to pick it up, drove it home, and there I come to find out the truck I purchased with 35" tires was replaced with 33" tires. As you can imagine I was unhappy and reached out to my salesman Elijah immediately. Elijah and I have been going back and fourth with text messages to no resolve. Chris does not seem to care about changing the tires back to what the size and style I PURCHASED. I am being told that, "if you recall we were not planning to sell the vehicle." (I have the text). I Emailed the General Manager Jacob Little and the Business Development Manager Alicia Pignaglia to NO AVAIL, they simply ignored my email. So here I am, like MANY others, giving you a 1 star review (ZERO if I had the option). All I wanted was the tire size and style at time of purchase. You changed out the tires to a smaller "less expensive" tire and that's wrong plain and simple as this is NOT the tire size I purchased the vehicle with. More
