Francisco's highly tuned people skills allowed him to identify my personality and he perfectly executed his functions as a salesman by providing me just the right level of assistance balanced with allowing me the space to explore the options on my own. The result was I felt confidence that Midway would be able to meet my needs and therefore would be a suitable business to do business with. I returned a couple days later and bought the vehicle.
