I walked into the dealership without knowing anyone. I introduced myself to a young lady, Rosa, who had just swallowed a mouthful of liquid. That was the beginning of a beautiful business relationship. Rosa was highly knowledgeable about the Mazda brand. Rosa patiently explained the various models and trims. Rosa took me outside to show me her Mazda and explained what she loved most about her vehicle. I knew right then and there; I was fortunate to meet this young lady. I presented my needs, wants & budget. Rosa gave attention to my needs, especially my back issues. Rosa understood; she shared a traumatic event she had incurred at early ageleaving her years later with similar back problems. Not only did I lease a new CX 30-Carbon Edition, but I also accepted her referral to a physical therapy office. I love my vehicle and my pain level has decreased dramatically. Thank you Rosa for a stellar job with my Vehicle, and referring me to the IBI Clinic. Just when you I thought it couldn't get any better I had the pleasure if meeting Rosa’s GM, Frank Accetta. I stopped at the dealership to finalize leasing vs. purchasing. I learned Rosa was off that particular day. The GM Frank Accetta introduced himself and assured me he would take care of everything and notify Rosa of my final decision. What a great partnership between a GM & Sales Associate.
