I had shopped at dealerships that wanted to charge ridiculous and/or unexplained markups. He was very personable and fully explained anything I wanted or needed to know about the CX-5 and purchase. The other guys in the office were also enjoyable and helpful. There was never any pressure. Josh went above and beyond to make buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience and has continued to offer help since then. More
