Frank gave us a very thorough walk-around before we test drove the car and explained all of the features-especially the safety features-which are very important to me personally. Back in the showroom, the business end of the deal was smoother than I have ever experienced-not a typical experience, but Lester Glenn is not a typical dealership, and Frank is not a typical car salesman. Despite the crowd on Memorial Day, he continued to be concerned about our needs and comfort until our entire transaction was complete.
