I was especially impressed with the professionalism displayed by my salesman; Frank Acquaviva. He was always friendly, even after hearing me say "I'll think about it" after a number of test drives. Buying a new car is a hair raising experience. These folks did their best to ease the pain. More

After dealing with Frank at Lester Glenn Hyundai I was trying to remember why I have always hated going to buy or even look at new cars: I finally recalled that every other experience that I have ever ha trying to remember why I have always hated going to buy or even look at new cars: I finally recalled that every other experience that I have ever had at a car dealership was full of pushy salesman and high pressure tactics. My experience at this dealer was nothing but a pleasure from start to finish, and my sister and brother-in-law, who came with me, felt the same way. Frank asked which model I had in mind, then escorted us to the area of the lot were a good portion of the Elantras were-he also told us that if we didn't see any we were interested in, he had more. When I was ready, he showed my all of the many positive points about the car without making me feel pressured in any way. He guided me along a route on my test drive so that I could get a good feel for the car, which I had pretty much fallen in love with. At every step in the process Frank answered my questions, and brought up points that I had not thought of: He made me feel that he had my best interests at heart at all times. I ended up leasing a car that I absolutely love, and I can say without hesitation that I will be a Lester Glenn customer from now on: My sister and brother-in-law are both driving new cars, but I would also say that the next dealership they visit when they are ready will be Lester Glenn. While we spent the majority of time with Frank, I must also say that my experience with Gabe was excellent-no pressure here either. More

Over the years, I have purchased many new vehicles and I have to say this time, dealing with Ron Garguilo, was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had in finalizing a new vehicle purchase. I must say the deal was done in less then ten minutes during our phone conversation. In the past I have been at dealerships for better then five hours playing the price game, even though I had done my homework and knew exactly what vehicle I wanted such the model, color, options, dealer cost and sometimes even dealers whole back fee. I also, have to recognize Frank Acquaviva who completed the paperwork and informed us of all the features of the vehicle. He could not have done anything more then he did to assist. It was a pleasure dealing with him today. I also must recognize Michele Benigno, who I was communicating with via emails. She always replied in a timely manner. Best experience I've had to date, when it comes to buying a new car. Katie, the Internet sales-rep, followed up with emails and phone calls when I inquired about the vehicle. Ron, the sales manager, called and quoted me with a no hassle "out the door" price, so I came in prepared to purchase. From there Tina took over. Tina was very friendly & knowledgeable. She demonstrated the vehicle features for us, took care of the paper work, insurance etc. Frank was also very friendly and was there for any additional help. Mike quickly finalized the financing process, with a no sales pressure approach. Overall, a smooth, hassle free experience you rarely see from a dealership. More
