Frank, was so very kind, he wasn't pushy like most sales people. He was very honest and understanding. Frank and his team (Mike and Matt in finance dept) helped me get a car that I didn't really think I cou people. He was very honest and understanding. I was looking for used but drove away with a brand new car, that I love and feel very comfortable in. I will always refer my friends and family to them, just the way I was referred, by a friend. I was always a Ford buying person, but knowing that I can count on Frank and the Hyundai family at Lester Glenn, I have a great car and feel great about purchasing from there. Our experience working with Frank was very nice. He was knowledgable about the Hyundai brand and was able to answer all questions that we asked. Frank went out of his was to be sure we were comfortable wi knowledgable about the Hyundai brand and was able to answer all questions that we asked. Frank went out of his was to be sure we were comfortable with our choice of the Sonata. He went over and over all the aspects of the car until he knew we were sure to understand and remember them. He even went over what we needed to do when we came in for either routine maintenance or service and actually walked us through the dealership to the service department. When it came time for us to speak with the finance department, Brian went over all the details with us and it was not a painful but pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Lester Glenn and especially Frank Acquaviva if anyone is looking for a new vehicle. More

I always look for Frank to help me in purchasing a car due to his knowledge of the product he sells and his ability to relay this knowledge without pressure allowing the customer to make his/her own decision. Frank can multi-task, helping several people at once without ever making the customer feel that he/she is taking up too much time. He goes out of his way to make the sale a great experience for the customer. He is willing to work with the customer so that everyone is happy in the end. Frank extended himself again today by helping me get the registration for my new car expedited. There appears to be no end to the service. Also, every time I bring my cars in for maintenance, Frank comes over, shakes my hand, and even remembers my name and my wife’s name. I have to say I had the BEST experience car shopping and purchasing at this dealership. We went to "look" and immediately meet Frank and he was very nice and not putting any pressure on us. He asked what we were looking for and helped me find the car of my dreams! Manager Ron helped us agree to the price that I was comfortable paying and when we sat with Mike, he explained all of our options for extra coverage which I purchased. Overall they were all super knowledgable, friendly and caring and not only will I be back to get another Hyundai once my lease is over but I will DEFINITELY reccommend this dealership to anyone I can! Outstanding Customer Service which is rare these days to find anywhere! Its great to see a dealership that breaks the "mold" provides professionalism, friendly service but most of all listens to their custo find anywhere!
