At Otto's It starts with how I'm warmly greeted at the front door by Robin Gibbons, the receptionist, to my sales consultant, Justice Mogano, whom I consider to be a trusted advisor as well as a family friend. Couple that with a friendly, efficient service staff that explains in plain language what is needed to insure a well maintained and safe vehicle, and you have a recipe for success that keeps me coming back. In short, it comes down to a customer focused culture that Michael Valdez has nurtured in his organization over the years to make it a winner! More
