Will never purchase from this dealership again. Placed deposit on a new car on 1/12/22. At that time I agreed and paid for them to deliver the car to us on a trailer. Was told that they would rush every deposit on a new car on 1/12/22. At that time I agreed and paid for them to deliver the car to us on a trailer. Was told that they would rush everything, as they had done this hundreds of times and had it down pat. It is now 1/26/22, and our vehicle was just delivered today, despite them having signed documents and my check a week ago. Was given multiple excuses as to why delivery was taking so long, but all bogus in my opinion. Used a snow storm as an excuse this week, even though the car should have been delivered last week. Tried blaming it on me as I had tried to cancel the deal last week, but between the time I had the phone call with the salesman to cancel on Thursday 1/20/22 at 6:48 pm and the time I agreed to continue with the deal on Friday 1/21/22 at 8:15 am, there was no way that my decision had any impact on the delivery. It was a 12 hour period and it occurred during a time when everyone was closed already. Tried cancelling again on Monday 1/24/22, which I was told by Michael our salesman that they would do whatever I wanted to do. Later that day, ay 4:58 pm, I had a phone call with our salesman and Frank the GM, and I have never been involved in such a disrespectful phone call. The GM was yelling at e so loudly, that my employees came to my office to make sure everything was OK as I had them on speaker. He would not let me speak and I finally had to tell him that if he didn't calm down, we would not be continuing the conversation. Despite the salesman telling me I could cancel, Frank the GM would not let me, which is probably against some sort of statute since I believe you have so many days to cancel a deal. Kept telling me I was getting a great deal. I paid MSRP...how is that a great deal. Then tried guilting me into telling me that they could get $10K over MSRP if they wanted to. I asked them why in the world would they be selling me a car at MSRP if they could get $10K over MSRP for it, and then their tune changed to "well we do get $10K over MSRP for some vehicles. So now they are lying to me. Just not a good experience. I have never been talked to on the phone, the way Frank the GM did that day. I will never consider Ettleson Buick for another car purchase, EVER. In fact, I would not recommend them to anyone. If you do purchase there, good luck if Michael is your salesman, or you have to speak with Frank, the GM. I hope they treat you with more respect than I was. More
