The staff are friendly, and provide good customer service. The waiting area is really nice, with both a general area and one blocked off as a quiet space where you can easily work from, including free WiFi and comfy chairs. They also offer complementary water and coffee. More

Excited at Ettleson! My lease was expiring on my older Cadillac and we went to look at options for a new lease. There were so many choices. I was shown the cars in which My lease was expiring on my older Cadillac and we went to look at options for a new lease. There were so many choices. I was shown the cars in which I was interested and drove away in my new Cadillac XT4...I love it. The transition moved along smoothly and that was very much appreciated. The entire experience was most enjoyable. By the way....did I mention that I love my new car!!! More
