Decent communication from my salesman. Seems to be an overall honest dealer. My mediocre experience is likely isolated, but the front rotors on the CPO car that I bought were cooked. Significant lip and ribs, heat spotted in some areas as well. I was hoping for a courtesy adjustment on at least parts for the rotors, but not dice. The side door also needed an adjustment by my home dealer to latch closed and rest flush with the body (stuck out a couple millimeters when I bought it). That adjustment was not covered under warranty, and I forwarded the 1/2 hr labor bill to Orland, but received the response that the car met CPO standards and there was nothing they could do. A couple minor things in addition that went towards the mediocre rating: I asked for the front plate and bracket to be removed prior to my arrival which wasn’t done. Really simple fix, but I did ask. I also asked for my credit to only be run once at Porsche Financial. It was sent to PNC in addition without notifying me. I expect mediocrity from most dealers, but it stings a little bit more when you’re paying a premium in today’s high end used car market. More

This is my 4th Porsche, 2 i had delivered from another dealer, and this is my 2nd one from Porsche of Orland Park. They are the closest Porsche dealer to my location.
