Anthony was knowledgeable and professional and we made a deal that was fair for both sides. He went way out of his way on Saturday to drive to my home to get a check. 2 + hours round trip. Used Fritts because they didn't mark up my 2024 Maverick like my local dealer was going to do. Everyone was helpful and friendly through the whole ordering process. I hated having to buy a new car because of all the games other dealers played with me in the past, I would spend hours at some dealerships only to get mad and leave.. Last night I purchased a new F150 from other dealers played with me in the past, I would spend hours at some dealerships only to get mad and leave.. Last night I purchased a new F150 from Frank Castellon, and it was a great experience. He was very polite to my wife and I, he showed us the truck, we went for a test drive, he was very knowledgeable and told us all about it and answered all my questions. When it came time to sit down and negotiate a price, I feel he bent over backwards to get me the best deal he could. We are so happy with our new truck and the deal Frank got for us.
