Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers,and Philles.

After a few lucky hand me down cars, i was finally in the market for my first car so i decided to make a spontaneous trip to piazza Honda to see if i could narrow down what i was looking for. Jim came out an market for my first car so i decided to make a spontaneous trip to piazza Honda to see if i could narrow down what i was looking for. Jim came out and talked to me about my needs and what i was looking for and we landed on an hrv. I came back the next week and looked at the hrvs that were available and found one that i loved. Jim is very knowledgeable and answered every question that i had. He was so friendly and all of his jokes helped me feel at ease while making my first car purchase! Matt in finance was able to answer all of my questions and help me feel like i was getting a good deal while still maintaining my budget. I also traded in my car which was a very simple process. Everyone at the dealership made me feel so at home and i was able to walk out with my dream car that night. I’m very happy with my experience and will be recommending everyone i know who needs a car to go to piazza Honda. More

They took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. The team was honest, transparent about pricing, and really worked with me to make sure I got a vehicle that fit my needs and budget.
