I am a customer experience executive, and am always looking for top notch service, which is why I returned to Frank. Over the last 6 months I've been in contact with Frank looking for a new car. He's sent me several listings and was very patient as I gave feedback on what I did and didn't like. On Tuesday he text me a beautiful car, in my price range with a quick turn around. We arrived at the dealership at 7:15, the car was prepped to test drive and absolutely beautiful. We were in and out in under two hours and the process with Frank and Damian was flawless. Frank followed up two days later to ensure I was 100% satisfied why my new car. I will continue to recommend Frank to all of my family and friends as he is such a pleasure to deal with! Thanks Frank!
