The deal was so good it was hard to believe and no need to haggle. Everything was as he said and I just went in and signed the papers. Frank’s demeanor and personality is just amazing, he was made to deal with people, so genuine.. After the sale he spent 30 minutes going through all the tech with my wife and gave us his personal cell if we had questions in the future. I’ll never go to another dealer for a Honda. We also sat with Damian Cappochione in finance. He was also as nice as can be and had casual and funny conversation with us as he prepared the documents. Another incredibly personable professional. He did not try the hard sell for extras, we agreed on an extended warranty at a fair price which I wanted due to all the crazy tech in the car. A great overall experience. More

My (already high) expectations were far exceeded Frank was recommended to me by a friend and now I understand why. I contacted him and let him know exactly what I wanted and he gave me the best price in the entire region right from the start. (And I did my research. I even called all the dealerships in the area and Frank was the only one who didn't try to play games.) No pressure, no haggling, no hassle. I came in with high expectations and Frank not only met, but far exceeded those expectations. I was in and out in under two hours, and that included a trade-in! Frank will be my first (and only) call when my husband is ready for a new car in the future. I have no hesitation in giving him my very highest recommendation. More
