Restoring My Faith in New Car Dealerships Great experience! I visited over Labor day, and took advantage of the end of year deal, by trading in my 2013 Sonata for a 2017 Elantra Limited. Frank Great experience! I visited over Labor day, and took advantage of the end of year deal, by trading in my 2013 Sonata for a 2017 Elantra Limited. Frank Favela greeted me immediately, was low key and friendly, and got me set up with my salesman, Henry Campos, who took me on a test drive. Both of those gentlemen were very knowledgeable on the car, worked together, and made me feel very comfortable. I then met Mike Schomer, who was very relaxed, informative, and explained all the service options. Finally, I worked with Deborah Campbell, who set up a highly satisfactory finance agreement, and clearly explained everything. Based on my PREVIOUS new car experiences, I was ready for double-talk, bait and switch, and general trickery. There was none of that here. Rosen has restored my faith in new car dealerships. And I LOVE MY CAR! Thank you! More

Fraudulent business practices I purchased a new car that had was defective. It had a incorrectly installed windshield. This defect allowed rain in come inside the vehicle.
