441'S Small Dealer Mentality with far beyond Arrogance. Sergio refuses to listen when asked about other deal options and also gives you the run around that there's no better deal out there and he has the best inventory; and blah blah blah. Literally I lost 4.5 hours trying to work different deals, looking at different scenarios with this clown, where I always lost and at the end he wanted me to drop like $6000. Basically is all win for him and the dealer and not only that, when they run your credit; they mention that is only 1 time which is xx, They ran it 3 times and the HARD way; can you believe that level of no respect? they lied in my face and Sergio kept saying "There's nothing better out there" WOW so Immature.
