Above & Beyond Type of Service I entered the dealership with an appointment that I set up to test drive a new Elantra Sport. The person that I set my appointment with was not immedi I entered the dealership with an appointment that I set up to test drive a new Elantra Sport. The person that I set my appointment with was not immediately available, so I was set up with Shelley. Shelley was extremely knowledgeable about the car and all of its features. The differences between my existing Elantra GLS and the new one. Walked us through all of the features, the test drive, and the paperwork. Then Frank took over and got all of my financing related work completed and helped with my warranties as well. Great Teamwork!
