General Service This is my first visit to this dealer for service. I made the appointment on line and they took my vehicle in right away. They finished the service an This is my first visit to this dealer for service. I made the appointment on line and they took my vehicle in right away. They finished the service and while doing the final inspection found my brakes were in need of replacement. Frank came into the waiting room and explained what they had found, the cost and time required for the repairs to be completed. Then set up a ride home and pick up when it was ready. The brakes were an expected repair as my vehicle has 97K miles with the original brakes. Great service and comfortable waiting area. More

Every thing went smooth no problems service staff was friendly did not wait long in the lounge. Before leaving Carmen from the staff was going to show me Ford Pass App however i was not service staff was friendly did not wait long in the lounge. Before leaving Carmen from the staff was going to show me Ford Pass App however i was not able to connect with her later on. I will make it a point to come in and see her. More

Great service While my advisor (Frank ) and the service crew did a outstanding job. The whole thing could have been avoided if corporate and the factory had done t While my advisor (Frank ) and the service crew did a outstanding job. The whole thing could have been avoided if corporate and the factory had done their jobs in the first place. After paying for having my vehicle " pre- wired" for towing a trailer, it was discovered that in order for them to work, the owners of the vehicles will have to purchase a special module ( only available through Ford ) which requires the whole system to be rewired ( at $150.00 per hour ) as well as having to have the computer programmed ( another $150.00 ) to allow them to even work, while the program was not even available to the dealer without again going through the factory to get it sent to them. This whole fiasco could have been avoided if the original " pre-wiring " had been turned on by the factory when programming the vehicles computer in the first place, very bad customer service on the corporate and factories side. More
