Really overpriced service dept. oil change, cabin and engine filter with tire rotation almost $350? They then don’t honor coupons they send to your home indicating that there are certain restrictions and engine filter with tire rotation almost $350? Better off going to a mom and pop mechanic or doing these things yourself. More

I live in NJ and saw Staten Island Buick GMC had a Buick for sale that I had to have. Donna in sales was amazing working with me to fully understand what I wanted. John was a huge help in making sure I full for sale that I had to have. Donna in sales was amazing working with me to fully understand what I wanted. John was a huge help in making sure I fully understood my finances and services offerings. When I got there to pick up the car everything was ready and waiting for me. I was in and out within a hour where most car dealerships keep you there all day. Donna and John really made this purchase a great one. More

I Highly recommend Staten Island Buick GMC. This is our second lease from this dealership. From start to finish our experience was amazing. The sales woman Patrice was great as well as the manager Bruce bo second lease from this dealership. From start to finish our experience was amazing.
