I’m blown away at the experience I had with McFarland. Simply amazing! Frank in service, Jason and Billy in parts are the reason I came in after working with them in the past at a dealership. Jonathan Cabral is why I’m going to be a lifetime customer of McFarland. After signing paperwork for my truck on May27th (2022 F-150 XLT with a long bed) Jonathan followed me home after closing since I didn’t have a ride. Top notch and willing to do whatever it takes everyone at McFarland is the best. More

I first gave McFarland ford a low rating, I am withdrawing that rating to give a new rating based on the Service manager reaching out to me. I have purchased my 2021 f-250 from Rochester Ford now withdrawing that rating to give a new rating based on the Service manager reaching out to me. I have purchased my 2021 f-250 from Rochester Ford now McFarland Ford and just recently referred my sister to purchase a used Ford Ranger from McFarland Ford. My 2021 F-250 has had an issue with a circuit that was no longer under warranty. The circuit issue upset me due to being charged for both diagnosis and repair. Being in business myself I would consider working with my customer mostly to retain a good relationship with them for future business consideration. My F-250 has less than 20,000 miles on it. The service manager did reach out to me and offered to absorb some of the cost. That to me was worth considering a better rating due to Customer service. I will remain a loyal customer to McFarland ford and will keep referring new customers to them. More
