Lidiya Galstyan is, hands down, the best saleswoman I have ever encountered. The universe literally aligned when my dream 911 pulled up right as we were test-driving another Carrera S. It was fate, and Lidiya navigated the whole process with such grace and professionalism. Afshin Kimiagar is so amazing. We went back and forth on those numbers—at first I did not think it was going to work out, but I stood my ground, reminded him of his word, and he made it happen! He fought for the deal I wanted, and I walked away feeling like I won. Kevin Bork in finance is a total gem. He didn't just get me approved through Porsche Financial; he looked me in the eye and genuinely hoped this experience was better than the last. He, and everyone else there, acknowledged that I deserved better, and they delivered. Shoutout to the rest of the squad who made this so seamless: Frank Moreno, the only service rep I will ever trust, for his sweet and kind spirit; Jeimy, who handled my paperwork like a pro; Joshua Young for helping me spend my merch credit in the shop; and Jeremy Wertheim for being a tech wizard and showing me all the bells and whistles on my new 911. Waited 30 minutes to get checked in. ....then no updates on my car for 2 days. Told in report that the service tech found no issues with my CarPlay using HIS PHONE AND HIS CABLE. picked u ....then no updates on my car for 2 days. Told in report that the service tech found no issues with my CarPlay using HIS PHONE AND HIS CABLE. picked up car with NO CARPLAY at all (brought in working sporadically) and more importantly - NO ONE TRYING TO HELP ME GET MY CARPLAY WORKING......insane! Telling me the tech's phone and cord worked, but not helping me to get my phone and cord to work is just plain STUPID. Now I have ZERO CarPlay! and this is why I gave 1 star - this is the opposite of customer service. Call me please! More
