We recently purchased a 2022 Wagoneer at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Dealership. Our experience at this dealership was truly a great experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable from the start to finish. I want to add that Mr. Rodriguez and his manager, Mr. Frank Rios, both helped to make our selection, our purchase and even our trade in process go very smooth. Chris and Monica were excellent. I wouldn’t recommend the sales dept. I haven’t had my jeep for 3 months and it’s already needing a lot of work done. Frank helped me out on replacing I wouldn’t recommend the sales dept. I haven’t had my jeep for 3 months and it’s already needing a lot of work done. Frank helped me out on replacing minor parts but now I have a major engine issue that I’m having to pay out of pocket because it’s not covered by warranty. I haven’t even had this jeep for 4 months.
