Dennis Justice. .All of these gentlemen worked diligently to make my lease agreement very tenable despite issues created by other employees. .Orange Park Nissan, is very fortunate to have Andrew, Frank and Dennis as representatives of the dealership. Although I did purchase my Rouge through this dealership, the experience was not one I would like to repeat. While working on closing the deal, the salesman helping me started helping another customer at the the experience was not one I would like to repeat. While working on closing the deal, the salesman helping me started helping another customer at the same time. He was running between the two of us and I felt customer service went out the window. I worked with Justin (salesperson), Frank (sales manager) and Tim in financing. I did not receive a business card from anyone. Tim in financing was very good about explaining everything, getting me a great interest rate and being sincerely pleasant. I think it is funny that completing the financing was the best part of my experience. More
