Our experience with John at Lester Glenn Mazda was exceptional. On a vehicle that we were unfamiliar with, John explained the options on the various trims and demonstrated them. Frank was as good as you could ask for to sell you a car and explain everything in clear cut and understandable English- no auto-speak to deal with. THis is the 4th car we have purchased from Lester Glenn, the other three being Equinoxes. The sales function has always been excellent. My only problem was the unbelievably long wait to get my car from the service department, close to 3 hours. Over the years, my wife and I have found the service function to be mediocre at best. It's ashame, because it tends to detract from the outstanding sales experience we have always had. Would have rated the service part at best a 3. More
