Other sales people at other dealerships did not seem to want to work with us on a deal. Frank was clear from the start that he wanted to get us that truck. The service center staff was very friendly and accomidating. The work quality on the dealer installed options (leather, tint, bed liner, remote start, paint protection) was top notch! Only two minor complaints are having to pay for a smaller antenna after being told it would be free, and not receiving a promised tank of gas after the dealer options installation. Also, financing process seemed to cost more than initally thought, but still ended up as a net gain with $750 rebate. More
