In less than 24 hrs the vehicle was ordered, and I was provided the order #. As everyone knows, given the current situation vehicles (especially trucks) are hard to come by and Frank kept me up to date through the process and I took delivery on the 29th of December. Which coincidentally matched his prediction of when the truck would be here. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no games especially since I ordered via the X-Plan and they could have sold the truck for much more $$$, if they wanted to. Finally, if all that doesn't mean anything to you, how can you go wrong buying a car from Santa? Frank is Santa during the holidays at the neighboring Ford's Garage (also a great place), his church and even for plays. He also happens to be one of (if not the longest) tenured employee there which means something given the turnover in this industry. I'd also like to give a shout out to Rick Garcia in Finance that was very organized and made the process smooth and quick with no pressure while reminding me of 0% financing available. This is the 3rd vehicle I bought in 2021 and was among the best experience I have ever had and definitely the best Ford experience (10 of the 46 cars I've owned have been Ford). Finally, I was also surprised they are competitive on pricing for things like window tinting and spray-in bedliners so I had them do that, too. It was cheaper than the place I usually go to for those items and honestly much better jobs done on both. Billy Arndt helped me with those purchases. Everyone was very responsive, even after the sale....I realized I didn't have the code for the SecuriCode pad on my door (about 2 weeks later) and Frank got it to me in literally 2 mins within calling/texting him. More

Other sales people at other dealerships did not seem to want to work with us on a deal. Frank was clear from the start that he wanted to get us that truck. The service center staff was very friendly and accomidating. The work quality on the dealer installed options (leather, tint, bed liner, remote start, paint protection) was top notch! Only two minor complaints are having to pay for a smaller antenna after being told it would be free, and not receiving a promised tank of gas after the dealer options installation. Also, financing process seemed to cost more than initally thought, but still ended up as a net gain with $750 rebate. More
