Dealer was knowledgeable and great to work with. My only complaint is the TIME involved, we were at the dealership for 5 hours. Is that normal? Are we just pampered whiney millennials? We missed dinner, we had to change our childcare. We went in assuming "we've had 3 cars from this dealership we are probably in some database that can streamline the process" - but it wasn't the case. More

Frank was amazing! We knew he was our guy after talking to him for 5 minutes. He was nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about Hondas and their competitors.
