No waiting around for them to find the car like at some other dealerships. Test drive was ok, but would have preferred an opportunity to test drive on the highway like you can do at Scott Honda. Jim was able to answer all my questions and demonstrate all the features of the car and tell me about some I did't know. I really appreciate working with him. They need to speed up the process from agreeing to terms and getting in the finance manager's office to complete the paperwork.
