I had wanted the Toyota Carolla after I had one as a rental last year and went to I purchased a new Honda Civic from Piazza and am so glad that I did. I had wanted the Toyota Carolla after I had one as a rental last year and went to Concelli with the intention of buying one. The experience alone was so horrible that I decided to check out other cars so we decided to go down the street to look at the Honda's. Within 2 minutes after arriving Frank S came up to us and started going over the car we were looking at in detail. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. After the test drive I still wanted to think about it and the manager came out to offer to let me drive the car for the rest of the weekend. That was a great suggestion because I just needed more time to make sure I was making the right decision. In the end I am so happy I went with the Civic which I now feel is far superior to the Carolla. I am also very impressed with the level of customer service I received at Piazza which is a huge deal to me and can make all the difference. I will definitely be recommending Piazza to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. Again, a special shout out to our salesman Frank who was AWESOME! More
