The staff was all very friendly and extremely helpful!! Our SUV was already detailed, but our salesman went above and beyond and wiped down the entire truck before we left the lot. When my friend learned I was in the market for a Tacoma he referred me to Frank who had helped him lease his truck. Frank and I communicated via email and he helped me find exactly the truck I was looking he referred me to Frank who had helped him lease his truck. Frank and I communicated via email and he helped me find exactly the truck I was looking for. It had to be ordered due to scarcity related to covid shutdowns. Frank guided me through the process and kept me informed along the way with updates. When the truck arrived I met with Frank at the dealership, he gave me the keys and showed me around. The experience was great. Everything went smoothly, I was in and out in an hour driving home in my new truck. I will definitely recommend Frank and Sloane Toyota to friends who are shopping for vehicles. More
