Excellent The vehicle was ready and waiting when we got there. All clean and shiny. We drove over two hours, so that was real nice. Soo comfortable!!! We were greeted right away at the door by Mr. Sid'Ahmed. He didn't come at us with the typical question most car dealers ask. And that was exactly how we felt even though Sloane Toyota was a bit further then we expected to travel. My husband and I just couldn't believe how easy they made buying a truck.. No hidden fees, everything fully explained and NO PRESSURE. We came as customers and walked out like part of the Sloane family. We thank everyone involved in our purchase. They went fully out of their way. God bless them all! I totally recommend!!!! Now about that waiting area, you guys nailed it! Big screen tv, individual leather chair seating, wifi, free snacks and your choice of coffee, the lights were dim. Just overall cozy!!!!! More
