I have been in the auto industry for 13 plus years now. I've worked with both pre owned and new car sales. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and have been there my entire life. Best Car Buying Experience I Ever Had! Ok, it starts at the top and I think that Mr. Sloan has a lot to do with finding the car people with the "right stuff". From Mike, the GM, Jason, Sal Ok, it starts at the top and I think that Mr. Sloan has a lot to do with finding the car people with the "right stuff". From Mike, the GM, Jason, Sales Manager, Gary Gillespie, Business Manager and, of course, Frank Straface, Super Salesman, every facet is covered in an informed, business-like fashion but also, in a friendly way, ! without any pressure. Each person, in their own way was an important factor in my car buying experience. I guess what I am saying is that they have a great team and great teamwork. Oh, did I mention that I believe I got a great deal. I have put about 500 miles on the car and I love the car. More

Excellent Sales Person (Frank) I had an excellent first experience with Sloane. Frank did an amazing job finding my wife and I the right vehicles. A+ experience. The latest was just a few weeks ago and Frank was an excellent My wife and I have purchased 4 cards with Sloane and they've all been good experiences. The latest was just a few weeks ago and Frank was an excellent salesman answering all our questions and selling us a 2017 Camry. I've used them for service many times without any issues at all. Came to get a value on Explorer....left with a Rav4 So I came to Sloane to just get a value on my 2007 Explorer as a trade-in since my wife and I JUST started thinking about replacing it. Frank, the aw So I came to Sloane to just get a value on my 2007 Explorer as a trade-in since my wife and I JUST started thinking about replacing it. Frank, the awesome sales person at Sloane answered every question I had about the differences between purchase and leasing and was extremely helpful. After spending an hour with me, I decided I liked the Rav4 and that I would be leasing the one that I had test driven. They worked with me to meet my finances, and made me feel completely at home. I would definitely recommend Sloane Toyota of Malvern to anyone, and will most definitely be getting my next vehicle there as well. More
